Caulfield Reno

This heritage home was thoughtfully redesigned to accommodate three generations under one roof—parents, grandparents, and children. The ground floor was transformed into a shared communal space that fosters connection and daily interaction, while the upper level offers a private living area for retreat and independence. A key design challenge was the lack of natural light in the original layout. Through strategic planning and sensitive intervention, the darkest areas of the home were reimagined to become the brightest, enhancing comfort, livability, and the home’s timeless character.
